Founder & Managing Director

Vicente Garcia is the Founder and Managing Director of Summit + Stage Advisory, a boutique consultancy specializing in high-level convenings, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement across the global foreign policy, business, and nonprofit arenas. He partners with organizations to design and deliver impactful events, campaigns, and strategies that drive visibility, influence, and meaningful outcomes on the world stage.

Prior to launching Summit + Stage Advisory, Vicente served as Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Brand USA, where he led corporate communications, events, and stakeholder engagement to promote U.S. travel and tourism worldwide. He previously spent nearly twelve years at the Atlantic Council, where as Senior Director of Engagement & External Affairs he built organization-wide strategies across sixteen programs and three international offices. He is credited with producing flagship convenings at major global gatherings—including NATO, G20, COP, and the Munich Security Conference—in partnership with leading outlets such as CNN International, POLITICO, The Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg.

Senior Consultants

Chord Bezerra is a Senior Consultant, Creative at Summit + Stage Advisory. With over two decades of experience shaping brands and visual narratives, Chord brings creative precision to the moments that define institutions and inspire audiences.

A seasoned design leader and art director, he has led award-winning rebrands and campaigns for organizations such as CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, U.S. Pharmacopeia, and the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases. His work blends storytelling, brand strategy, creative direction, and innovative digital experience design—translating complex ideas into clear, human-centered experiences that captivate, clarify, and connect.

Whether through stage design, visual identity, or digital storytelling, his approach ensures that every element reflects purpose, polish, and the power of design on the world stage.

Geysha González is a Senior Consultant specialising in the strategy, design, and delivery of high-impact events across North America and Europe. With over a decade of experience in international NGOs and policy institutes, she has conceptualised, fundraised for, and executed more than 700 events — from executive dinners and private briefings to major conferences, global campaigns, and multi-day convenings.

Geysha is known for building programmes that advance organisational goals, deepen stakeholder engagement, and elevate brand and mission. Her work has included partnerships with Fortune 100 companies, governments, and leading foundations, as well as developing fellowship and leadership initiatives that expand influence and reach.

Previously, she held senior roles at the Center for European Policy Analysis and the Atlantic Council. She holds degrees from the London School of Economics and Marquette University.

Morgann McSwain is a Senior Consultant with fifteen years of experience specializing in protocol, VIP management, and high-level program execution. Her background spans political advance, major public events, and work with leading foreign-policy institutions, giving her a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the demands and sensitivities of world-stage convenings.

Over the course of her career, Morgann has supported principals across government, philanthropy, and the private sector, coordinating complex movements, high-touch stakeholder engagement, and polished program delivery. Her portfolio includes executive-level convenings, multi-day conferences, major public moments, and international engagements requiring exceptional diplomatic awareness and operational precision.

She is known for her collaborative style, resourceful problem-solving, and calm, steady presence in fast-moving environments — qualities that allow her to navigate complexity while keeping programs grounded, intentional, and mission-aligned.
